Winrevair® (sotatercept-csrk)
for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension
Winrevair (sotatercept) is an injectable medication used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in adults. It works by improving exercise capacity, reducing symptoms, and preventing the worsening of physical condition. Sotatercept binds to activin A and other TGF-β superfamily ligands, modulating vascular proliferation, reducing inflammation, and slowing or reversing structural tissue changes associated with PAH. Winrevair is self-administered subcutaneously.
