Xpovio® (selinexor)
for Multiple Myeloma
Xpovio (selinexor) is a selective inhibitor of nuclear export (SINE) used to treat multiple myeloma in adults when combined with dexamethasone for patients with prior treatments, or with dexamethasone for relapsed or refractory cases after at least 4 prior therapies. It is also used for certain types of relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma after at least 2 prior treatments. Xpovio works by targeting XPO1, blocking tumor suppressor protein export, causing cancer cell death while sparing normal cells.
