Daliresp® (roflumilast)

Daliresp (roflumilast) is an anti-inflammatory medication used to reduce the risk of flare-ups in people with severe COPD, particularly chronic bronchitis. It works by increasing cyclic AMP levels in the lungs, which relaxes airway muscles and reduces inflammation, making breathing easier. Daliresp is not a bronchodilator and does not treat acute bronchospasm attacks.
