Dupixent® (dupilumab)
for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder

Dupixent (dupilumab) is an injectable biologic used to treat eczema, certain types of asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, eosinophilic esophagitis (EOE), prurigo nodularis, and COPD with an eosinophilic phenotype. It works by blocking interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin-13 (IL-13), which play key roles in inflammation. Unlike immunosuppressants, Dupixent regulates immune overactivity without fully suppressing the immune system.
