Adcetris® (brentuximab vedotin)
for Lymphoma

Adcetris (brentuximab vedotin) is used to treat CD30-positive lymphomas by targeting the CD30 protein to slow cancer growth. It’s used with other cancer drugs for adults and children with untreated Hodgkin lymphoma, or in adults after stem cell transplant or failed prior treatments. It also treats untreated or relapsed anaplastic large cell lymphoma in adults. For relapsed large B-cell lymphoma, it's combined with lenalidomide and rituximab in patients ineligible for stem cell or CAR T-cell therapy.
