Copiktra (duvelisib) is a kinase inhibitor used in adults to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma after at least two prior therapies have failed. It slows or stops cancer cell growth, controlling disease progression when other treatments are ineffective.
