Lunsumio™ (mosunetuzumab-axgb)
for Lymphoma

Lunsumio (mosunetuzumab-axgb) is used to treat adults with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL) after two or more lines of systemic therapy. It is a bispecific antibody that binds to CD20 on B cells and CD3 on T cells, helping activate the immune system to attack cancerous B cells. Lunsumio is given by IV infusion and is used for a slow-growing type of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma affecting the lymphatic system.
