Lybalvi (olanzapine and samidorphan) is a combination medication used to treat adults with schizophrenia or manic and mixed episodes associated with bipolar I disorder, either alone or with valproate or lithium. It contains olanzapine, an atypical antipsychotic that helps manage symptoms like hallucinations and disorganized thinking, and samidorphan, an opioid antagonist that helps reduce weight gain associated with olanzapine.
