Polivy® (polatuzumab vedotin-piiq)
for Lymphoma

Polivy (polatuzumab vedotin-piiq) is a targeted treatment for moderate-to-high risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or high-grade B-cell lymphoma (HGBL). Used with rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone, it's given by IV infusion. Polivy targets B-cells with an antibody linked to a cancer-killing drug (MMAE). Once attached, it delivers the drug into the cell to destroy it.
