Erleada® (apalutamide)
for Prostate Cancer

Erleada (apalutamide) is used to treat metastatic prostate cancer that still responds to treatments lowering testosterone. It is also used for prostate cancer that hasn’t spread but persists after surgery or other treatments fail. As an androgen receptor inhibitor, Erleada blocks the effects of androgens (male hormones) to stop cancer cell growth and spread.
